It is such a beautiful design and yet retains its rather delicate nature as the panels are not too large. When I first saw this I immediately thought of Murrle Bennett or the Fahrner designers, Patriz Huber and Ferdinand Morawe, who designed very similar items to this piece.
It does test as silver however. It is in original state, retaining its original fine silver chain, along with its original barrel clasp which still snaps closed securely. The design is so pretty, six identical panels in typical Jugendstil motifs are set with an oval cabochon of turquoise. All stones are present, the last one on the right has a tiny crack (may be natural-can't see it with the naked eye) which you can see with a jeweller's loupe but is still held securely in one piece and the setting is strong. The only other stone I would mention is the 2nd from the left which looks more like a flat stone than a rounded.
Although the boxes in my images are for display purposes only, I will package the necklace in a safe, new gift box for transit. The item "C1900 JUGENDSTIL silver necklace with turquoise, Morawe Huber Fahrner designer" is in sale since Friday, June 7, 2019.
